If the buyer is a consumer and has ordered goods via the e-shop www.tipsy.cz (hereinafter “the Company”) or other means of distance communication, they have the right – except in cases stated in § 1837 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code – to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of its conclusion, or, in the case of goods, within 14 days of receiving them. For contracts involving multiple items or deliveries in parts, the period starts from the delivery of the last item or part. For regular and repeated deliveries, the period starts from the first delivery.

The consumer shall notify the Company of the withdrawal in writing to its registered address or electronically to the email specified in the sample form.

If the consumer withdraws from the contract, they must send or return the goods to the Company without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.

Upon withdrawal, the Company shall refund all payments received from the consumer – including the cost of delivery – without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal, using the same means of payment. If the consumer chose a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest one offered, the Company shall only refund delivery costs up to the amount of the cheapest method. The Company may withhold the refund until it receives the goods or proof of their return.
